First of all, you will want to make sure that you choose a good ski resort destination. In Australia, there are several different ski destinations generally to be found in the southeastern part of the country where the tallest mountains are found. Do some research on weather and snow conditions during the weeks leading up to your trip. It?s a bit of a bet, but with enough research it ought to be a safe bet.

Plan your ski trip around the people that you will be enjoying it with. Don?t bring the kids along if all you want to do is rip down double black diamond after double black diamond?you will kill them! Similarly, make sure you stretch plenty and don't do things that will cramp you up or affect your physical condition, such as drinking too much alcohol or eating too much (or too little for that matter).

Though hopefully it won't be needed, the potential cost of medical bills will be much greater than the small investment in such an insurance deal. Be smart and take this precaution.

Want something different besides the same old same old? Skateboarding has a stranglehold in the market, isnt it time for something new to come along? I say absolutely! Let us look at something different for a change instead of the same old same old! Here you will learn about a couple of sweet inline mountainboards that are sure to impress and turn heads!

Whats the difference between four wheels and two? There are a lot of aspects that change when you go from a four wheeled design to a two wheeled one.

There are only a couple of all terrain inline boards that I know of, and they are the Dirtsurfer and the Surfari. They both have differences but their similarities lie in that they both only have two large bicycle-like tires that allow them to be used on and off road. They also never, ever, get speed wobble.

Unlike four wheeled boards like a skateboard, mountainboard, or longboard, a two wheeled board like the Dirtsurfer and Surfari will become more stable the faster you go. That means you will get absolutely no speed wobbles. Speed wobbles occur when you are going really fast on a longboard, mountainboard, or skateboard and will cause your board to go side to side.

While there are several kinds of inline boards that can only be used on pavement (for example the Ripstik, and the Tierney Rides T-board), there are only a couple that I know of that can be used on and off road. They are the Dirtsurfer and the Surfari.

Choosing between a hard shell and inflatable kayak is a tough one- especially for beginners who are new to the exciting sport of kayaking. Confidence in a bag, (or bottle) when it come to bait is one of great personal opinions for every angler, because the truth is everyone has different experiences even on the same baits, at different waters, and many anglers with put down other baits even though they have never even used them, which is a tad bit short-sighted perhaps. Confidence mostly comes from perceptions in fishing, and certainly not from first-hand experience. But it is first-hand personal experience that is the only thing you can truly trust as fact, but I do not mean by this that claims about commercial bait quality and effectiveness are not true.

Now you might wonder what all this confidence stuff has to do with actually knowing something useful about vital carp senses beyond appreciating that they like a bit of protein or a maybe have a flavour preference now and again. In terms of flavours, not all are the same! If I suggested that chilli powder can help your bait be detected from greater range by senses involving various specialised receptor cells and specialised canal pits along the lateral line (and in the actual skin of the fish,) this might be new to many.

It may be remembered that bait substances get diluted in water and many chemicals occur in air which are not the same compounds when released into water. What if I suggested that it was not necessarily the familiar smell of garlic we humans recognise in air that produces its effects on carp for its success? What about the significance of the fact that when in water, certain pungent garlic compounds given off in air, including that distinctive garlic smell are not produced?

Carp are turned-on by far more than a vanilla or strawberry flavour combination and in fact often these will provide no response at all as they are not true feeding triggers as such, but some bait substances compensate for this by affecting carp in far more profound ways internally! Science is hard right; well I did an easy test on carp baits today by eating wheat-free biscuits and a wheat free doughnut; all done in interests of science and in the best possible taste! Sometimes there are substances used in foods and baits which are naturally there or added deliberately which induce you brain create the sensation of pleasure so you enjoy them more...

What a disappointment it was to eat the wheat-free foods and not want more! Although they still have all the same ingredients like the flavours, sweeteners and enhancers etc, something vital was missing that made me want to keep on eating and this is why I only had one doughnut; Homer Simpson would have been shocked to say the least! There was no key vital substance in the food to make my brain release a rush of feel-good hormones that occurs naturally in the wheat-based foods.

Just imagine eating a food for years without that feel-good feeling after each morsel; making you want another one, and then eating one which does have this effect. Which one would you choose?! I don't think you would have much choice; your brain will decide for you, and that is one reason why over-weight comfort food eaters who binge on cakes, biscuits, chocolate and many other foods, regularly can't help themselves.

When you look, you won't believe how hard it is to get away from wheat in your diet as it is exploited so much in modern foods to get you to eat more and buy more in regular, habitual ways! Even in carp fishing it is recognised that fish eating baits without supplemental nutritional foods can drop weight as with fish addicted to tiger nuts or peanuts alone, so using such things as part of your nutritional bait is a massive edge. You might not call it manipulating carp behaviours in your favour, or call it creating addictive or habit-forming behaviours, but it works in practice; you are your own guinea-pig every day!
