the only advice i have is an almost impact deck... my friend has one and says its not quit as good as other decks he's had but it is very durable... he says any other deck he's had would have snapped by now but its still going strong...

Well, I'm not an 18 year old female but I am a 13 year old female

I've been skating for a while and I like trying out different skateboards. Right now I have a Girl skateboard and I love it! It has a lot of pop and is very durable.

I would recomend either a girl skateboard or a mini logo. Those skateboards are pretty good for beginners.

Since you're a beginner you should get a skateboard that's already set up for you.

On the other hand if you are short heighted the best thing you can do is to choose a skateboard shorter in size.. but it is essential that you make it sure the size you get is the right size for you. Other than that the size of a skateboard should be chosen according to the stunts and tricks you want to perform with the help of the board.

Besides the deck of a skateboard the other parts of the skateboard like the trucks, the wheels and the bearings should also be paid proper attention as well. The choice of the wheels is important for the safety on the road and the choice is very much essential. The bearings are for the smoother ride on the board and the trucks keeps on the load and also help a lot in the proper functioning of a skateboard. I am looking to buy a skateboard to learn on and i am ttly clueless. Is there a brand of good, quality skateboards that are of good/excelent quality if I bought it pre-owned. I dont get why people spend so much money on skateboards if they dont even know how to skate, also any tips for learning?
